Easy Eggs & Avocado

I am always looking for easy egg recipes that are nutritious and delicious. With nineteen chickens we have to get creative!  Here is a great morning breakfast to start your day off right and it only takes 5 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • English Muffin
  • Avocado
  • Egg (fried, scrambled, or poached)
